All Public Tenders are advertised on this website as well as in the local Arabic newspapers. Companies and suppliers interested in participating in our tenders must first pay a fee in order to receive the tender documentation.

The fee must be paid to the HPC account at HPC offices in Damascus. Interested Bidders must deliver the completed Offers in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders included in each of the tender documents.
